Lynne Fisher  is the National Team Leader of MNP’s Succession service, ExitSMART™.  She is located in the firm’s Edmonton office and draws on more than 15 years of direct experience in providing end-to-end succession planning for privately held companies.  Her areas of expertise include transition of ownership and leadership to family members, third parties, and/or employees. She works with clients in a variety of industries and professional services firms, and brings experience from being a business owner, commercial banker, consultant and educator.

In working with clients and business families, Lynne brings a special ability to help understand, identify and address issues (both technical and nontechnical) related to business transition. She works with them to develop clear, actionable and effective plans, then guides the implementation of those plans with the owner, successors, professionals and other shareholders.
