Virtual Feedback Sessions – February 17th & February 24th

January 2021 marks one year since Alberta Infrastructure’s Vendor Performance Management (VPM) Program has been operational. We would appreciate hearing industry’s thoughts on the program’s operation to date, as part of Alberta Infrastructure’s commitment to evaluating and continuously improving the program. At the October 28, 2020 Industry Liaison Committee meeting, the VPM team confirmed feedback session content and processes with you. We then facilitated, in collaboration with Sub-ILC members, several industry awareness sessions, which included information on how we would work together to gather feedback.

Based on your input, we have planned a number of virtual feedback sessions in February and March. You also confirmed you would be best positioned to distribute the announcement; as such, attached is a notice for your membership, and industry contacts, for inclusion in upcoming newsletters and/or the announcements/events section of websites.

We are committed to making the VPM Program successful. We want to thank you for your input, collaboration, and support thus far. We welcome your frank, honest feedback with regard to what is working and what might be improved.
