Saskatoon Public Library - Advance Procurement Notice to Design Community
On behalf of the Saskatoon Public Library (SPL), Colliers Project Leaders would like to provide advance notice to the design community of a Request for Proposal for Prime Design Consultant Services for a new central library. This notice will advise potential proponents that SPL plans to issue a Request for Proposal on SaskTenders as delineated in the attached “Advance Procurement Notice” file.
