The 2017 Annual General Meeting is fast approaching. It takes place on September 21 in Edmonton. For more information, check the CAA website.
If you haven’t attended a CAA AGM (or haven’t attended one recently) I encourage you to attend this year. We have a lot going on, starting with a networking hour.
After that, the speaker program gets underway. You’ll hear the details about the City of Edmonton’s restructuring and their upcoming plans. Plus you’ll also hear more about the CAA input into the RAIC document 6 and information about the CAA’s P&C Committee’s work and successes.
Next up is the 8th CAA Annual General Meeting, which also includes election for board positions. This year, several members have chosen to run for a board position.
As well, the CAA Chair for the past three years will be stepping down.
This year’s AGM also introduces the CAA Business Award Program and the presentation of the inaugural award.
Mark your calendar and plan to attend.
